This is the first I have heard of it too. Looks like it is just the normal evolution of the oils. The current CJ-4 was known as PC-10. Here is some reading on it: http://www.hddeo.com/IntroducingPC-11.html

There was an article about this in the past, maybe 10 - 12 months ago discussing this, but it wasn't implimented yet. Not only is this effecting trucks, but there is a change in cars lubercation also. Seems in the cars, you'll be seeing weights like 16 coming soon. It didn't get to heavy into what's happening, but eventually every vehicles lubercation systems will be evolving in the next few years.
