yep.. FWD cars.

I've read too where it's actually a little 'easier' to take it out the bottom, still attached to the subframe.. IF there is a way to pick the car up and away. (or have the car 'lifted' and lower that assembly with some sort of cradle-jack.

I do have an over head trolley hoist which could snag onto the front of the car, and elevate the car to about 45 degrees before the rear bumper hits the ground.. and the front tires never leave the ground.

update on the parts rolling in for the Neon; got the 'delivered' status on the radiator, but NO RADIATOR 'here'!! Wth!
Apparently it was damaged somewhere in transit, and was returned to sender.. grrr.. couple more days waiting!

Just gonna list the Mopar stuff:
2000 ram 3500 4X4 reg cab, 6 speed, fass 02 drrp
1998 ram 2500 4X4 reg cab, 12v will have 6 speed to replace the 5, Not sure where it's headed in the mod dept. Stay tuned!

On the neon it's easy to drop it out the bottom. Once everything is loose, you can lift the front of the car with a cherry picker.
Things are light.
