No, still doing the same thing. I am going to change out the ICM and Oxygen sensor. However, I did find some scotch locks, I resoldered the connections and don't know if that took care of a few problems. I have to buy a OBD 1.5 scanner to find out.

There isn't a code for the O2 sensor, so why change it? Did a code come up for it? The codes that came up before all point to an ignition problem. It still sounds like a ground, but that remains to be seen. Maybe the ICM will fix it.

The Haynes book that I am using had the 1361 as an oxygen sensor.

Everything that I find says it is an IC module. Here is a way to troubleshoot it (I hope):

This is typically caused by a failed ignition module or pcm. If the pcm is the problem you can get a used one from http://www.car-parts.com/. Sort by price and have them ship it to you. Here are instructions to test, let me know if you need anything else. Thanks

1. Verify that the code will set as soon as the engine is started (within one minute). If so, ohm-test the coils and secondary wires for high resistance. Replace as needed.

2. Disconnect the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and turn the key on. Place an ohmmeter lead to battery negative and the other lead on the White wire at the Red connector pin B16.

3. The meter should read less than 300 ohms. If not, verify that the wire is good to the ignition module and if OK, replace the ignition module.

4. If less than 300 ohms, use a test light connected to Battery positive and touch the Tan/Black wire pin B15 of the Red connector (The light should not light. If it does, check for a shorted wire to ground) the meter still on the White wire should now go over 6,000 ohms. If not, verify that the wire is good and if so, replace the ignition module.

5. If it does switch properly, reconnect the PCM and
start. If the code resets, replace the PCM.

Ordered a complete tune up kit, wires, plugs, pcv valve, and a ICM from Rock Auto. Hopefully this fixes some problems.

That sounds like a good place to start. I am curious, besides the check engine light, what problems did the car have?

So far, not a thing. The engine currently stalls out while driving. Yet it restarts quickly, then you can go on.. However, when it does shut down, you could be anywhere, in traffic, in the middle of the road, at a stop sign, etc...

I have replace the fuel filter, fuel pump, and multiple vacuum hoses, as well.

That makes it a real tough one to diagnose. Hopefully the new ICM will help.
