Default hello from Az

I've been a member for acouple of mo. and I guess it's about time I introduced myself. I bought my 2002 dodge new , and it being my 1st diesel I had to learn it one bolt at a time. Thanks to willingness of members on this forum and others I have been able to fix most stuff myself. I'm along ways from knowing what I need to know, but I'm gaining on it. If I can help I will stick my nose in. Thanks again.

I was born and raised in Rhinelander. I left there in 1957 to join the navy. My folks moved to Arizona in 1959 because of my dad's arthritis. I spent 7 years in the navy coming to Tucson in1964. I worked in the plumbing and pipe fitting industry for 35 years, retiring in 1999.I have a bunch of relatives in Proctor Minn. How close is that to where you are located?

I used to work for a plumbing/pipefitting shop in Proctor! I am in Esko. Been a while since I have been through Rhinelander. Were or are you a member of the U/A?

Yes ,I retired with 33yrs in the U/a. I'm still a member ,I don't know why, except for insurance and death benefits for my wife, I guess .Like I said I've got two nephews in Proctor, They are gearheads and used to be in stock car racing.
Clancey is there last name. Maybe you've heard of them.

I have only been in the U/A for 14 years. Glad I had 13 when I wound up retiring on a disability (Meneir's Disease). Without that I would not have been able to afford to retire (not like I am rich, but keeping the bills paid). Far as the Clanceys, I can't say as I have ever heard of them. Let me know when you are going to be in the area. We can at least get together for coffee or what ever.
