I had a 76 for awhile. Glass tub, 360, 4-speed, 33 in boggers, lockers, full cage. It was a basket case with lots of nickel and dime ya to death issues. It had a V8 and a frame so we didnt get along to well...



Sorry about the frame jokes. In my club, Northern MN Jeepers, im the only one with a unibody rig and they rip on me all the time about wheeling with no frame as my little XJs wheel just as good or better

I think i probably could have got that Cj-5 to ride a wheelie. It friggen ripped with that 360, but it was hard to keep the oil in the engine. Damn AMC timing belt covers

ive been kicking around the idea of another jeep . few years back we would do alot of trail riding in the backus area and i was involved in the sound testing for the trail park in virginia that was a fun weekend . also up in hillcity until they shut us down our club was rum river wheelers.it was good times

The Northern MN Jeepers have a brand new trail up here in Eveleth that is projected to open in July. Its a Grant in Aid trail. Check it out in the land use section.
