Default JD 152 CI engine rebuild

Well I played the dozer too hard last week and starting loosing power and lots of blowby. I assumed headgasket due to white smoke but pulled the head today and found number 1 has piston damage so I pulled the whole engine out for a rebuild. Some of you may be interested in what it takes.

#1 has some scoring in it but the block runs liners that are easy to replace.

Mike its really a piece of cake compared to wrenching on trucks. Less than 3 hours from driving it into that spot to tore down as you see it. Not much to them. Im gonna dismantle the engine sometime this week and then have it all steam cleaned and the head decked. Ordered a reman out of frame kit that includes new liners, pistons, wrist pins, all bearings and gaskets, and a head kit with new valve guides and valves. Also ordered some new injectors and will have those modded before install. Also ordered a new hydraulic pump and getting the Roosa pump done up as well.
