Default 2nd gen fuel system

Who knows the size of banjo fitting on the return and over flow line on back of a Dodge Cummins p7100 engine??

Can I replace it with a barbed banjo?

Thanks Dave

You mean the steel line from the block side of the pump? Without going out to look at mine I think it is 5/16". Why do you want to put a barbed fitting on there?

Yes, it's the line off the banjo fx with the over flow valve in it. Well, since I've replaced the OEM fuel lines, the Lift Pump (LP) & put it all back together. I forgot to tighten the clamp on the 3/8's rubber line I put over the OEM return line. I had fuel going everywhere but back to the tank. SOOO since I have to take that fuel filter canister off again I thought I'd run 3/8's line from the banjo fx (If I can get one with a barbed end) to where I ran the new return line from the tank to engine mount right under the fuel filter. I hate doing things over.

Tom I can't copy links in my posts. I tried to in ISX's tech article on p7100 timing??

Thanks Dave.

Thanks Mike, I was trying to do what you did, but in the p7100 tech article. I found a cool video that shows a Brittian demonstrating spill port timing. Thought it would compliment ISX's write up. I'll get the hang, forum savy soon. See ya.

All you would need to do is copy the URL and paste it into your post. There is software in place that will automatically embed the video for you.
