At highway speed I'm about 8-10 lbs boost, 800-900 egt and 14-15 psi on fp

On the injection pump, there is a slotted area that you used studs and nuts to fix the Bosch VP 44 to. You can loosen these and adjust/twist the VP44 slightly left and right, just like the old distrubitors. You might try doing this and seeing if the truck runs better before tearing the front down again.

IF you do need to pull the front off again check these timing marks:

Wonder if the key is in backwards? Just 'thinking' out loud...... Far as your numbers, the pyro should be running about 600* pre turbo at highway speeds, but I would not be too concerned about the numbers until you get the timing where it needs to be.

What is your MPH at 'highway speeds'?

Out here it can be up to 75 MPH and I run 6-10 PSI of boost and 800* EGT.

At 65 MPH I run 4-6 PSI and 700* EGT.

The roads out here are hilly and flat.

Did you check to make sure that the e-brake was off? Could be that the brakes are dragging slightly since you have not been driving the truck lately.

That's about 70'ish on the highway and our roads are fairly flat but with my timing being off i just didn't know where my gauges should be at roughly

Also, you may have some bad fuel. Even though diesel does not go bad, it may have some unwanted stuff in it that is getting past the filter.
