This eliminates ALL the driveline for the cause. The only thing to check is the engine. When was the last time you adjusted the valves? Do you seem to have a slight miss when you listen to the engine? I am really leaning towards injectors.........

Never adjusted,no tappet noise. No miss and the mileage is the same.

Just because there isn't any tappet noise doesn't mean the valves don't need adjusted. You would be surprised as to how much of an effect they can have on a running engine.

Checked the exhaust with temp probe and showed good. I am going to play with a clamp on rear shaft and see if it makes a difference. I think it might be the power steering pump that I feel in the wheel.

Tell me how a driveshaft will cause a vibration at a dead stop?

That may be possible, but have you adjusted the valves yet?
